I purchased something by accident, I requested a refund and it was approved, I got an email with a Credit Note, but a want the money, it’s been more than a week. What can I do?
I purchased something by accident, I requested a refund and it was approved, I got an email with a Credit Note, but a want the money, it’s been more than a week. What can I do?
If the refund is going to a credit card it can take more than a week - give it another week, and if you still don't receive it contact Support again, including your original case number.
