Phone Troubles

My phone keeps on turning shutting off and turning back on by itself. When it does this and I am finally able to use my phone again my apps do not show up on my home screen.

iPhone X Software Problem My iPhone XS Max suddenly shut off while I was on a phone call. After it shut off it turned back on and was running very slowly. I can't get apps to open and I cant seem to do anything on the phone. I have tried to restart multiple times put that does not work either. I tried to update it but the phone will just shut off before the update even starts. I tired plugging it in to my computer and reseting it that way, but it will not sync to my computer. I have tried everything I can think of my nothing will work. I need help.

my phone will not shut down or let me open up any apps what do I do? My phone has been glitching with the new IOS update. Today it glitched even worse than it ever has before. It won't let me restart the phone or open any of the apps on the phone not even the settings app. I don't know what to do! HELP
