Please Help!
Everything was working fine using a GE universal control. Somehow the remote got deprogrammed and we are unable to pair the 2 with the same remote, we can't even see the Apple Tv on the screen. TV works on its own. We tried new universal and Apple remotes, but still no go.
Please help if you can.
Apple TV remotes have to be linked to the older models Apple TV box. Maybe that is missing? Do both steps (unlinking and linking) as described. If your Apple TV remote isn't working - Apple Support (2nd half of the page).
You may need the functional Apple Remote (aluminum) to help set up a universal remote.
