Copy and Past not working in iOS 15.3

iOS 15.3 still has the issue with copy and paste not working (appears to copy, but when you “paste” it enters the words “ Your organization's data cannot be pasted here”, not what you copied. This has been an issue since iOS 15 or before…I see many others of posted the same issue. Is Apple working on this? What is the ETA for a fix?
