Is this correct as per User Profile MacBook Air 13″, macOS 12.1 ?
If yes and are we talking about Safari Browser of any other Application ?
In the picture below the same Method can be used for most any application including Safari. Notice upper Left of Screen Shot - the Green button will offer choices including Full Screen.
Notation - Monterey 12.1 is not fully up to date. As of Han 26, 2022 the current version of Monterey is 12.2
