Have you tried recovery? Is it working?
After that, you may need to get it checked out at the Genius Bar since it might be a hardware problem. Here is a link to set up a Genius Bar appointment if you need to: https://www.apple.com/retail/geniusbar/ <- select Get Hardware Help towards the bottom of the page.
In disk utility i can not select on menue show all its i. Grey in the menu can’t select it and no other way on screen ? OS base system ii can only selects verify disk but no errors coming up ? I’ve tried even restoring the os and can’t ? I’ve restarted but sane issue
I just need clarification: what icon are you seeing when you turn on your Mac? Are you seeing any from the link I sent to you earlier and if so which one? This will help me to steer you in the direction of a solution.
Try these steps:
1) Shut down your Mac. Press the power button and immediately hold down the Option key until startup disk selection appears. (If none appear after 30 seconds, it didn’t work) If your startup disk appears, select it and it should allow you to login. Then make sure you go to System Preferences >> Startup Disk, and confirm that your startup disk is selected as default.
2) If holding Option didn’t work, did you back up this computer? If you did, go back to disk utility like you’ve been doing and select the disk0 and see if you can press the erase button. Then power off the computer and set it back up and restore your backup in the setup process.
Let me know if you try these steps or if they don’t work.
With the option key it takes me to the recovery no disk comes up , unfortunately I haven’t backed anything up but my question is do you think someone will need to check the hard drive or recovering it by deleting the disk will solve the issue
Are there no Apple Stores in Turkey? You can search for them on a map and try to see if you can set up an appointment or just show up and see if they are available to see you that day. Sorry if this isn't helpful - I'm from the US.
I am seeing the circle : when recovering the disk only verify is an option .
There is no startup disk ?
Thank you I’m in Turkey that’s the problem
Thank you for all your help , time and advise .
Your welcome. Hope you get your Mac fixed soon. Good luck!
