I got a pop-up when I was on a website on my iPhone and it said that my phone has been hacked and is being spied upon. I did not press anything on that page, but I did turn my phone off immediately and then contact you

Ignore it, it's just a scam designed to get you to buy unneeded software. You can't get hacked unless you've jailbroken your phone.
