How do you alter the picture of a Family Sharing member?

How do you alter the picture of a member that's is sharing an account?

You can't. Only they can determine the picture that is used. Its their profile picture which can be changed from one of their devices in Settings->Account on an iOS device or System Preferences->Apple ID on a Mac.

The pictures work on the iPhones but will no sync to the MacBook Air. The minute I correct the pictures in the MacBook it alters the phones. My MacBook has both sets of address on it, the iCloud account and my wife's @me.com. Do I have to change the contact list to correct the problem?
