Apple charged me $149.90/ a year, why do Joytunes charged me 1 more time. Can you fix this problem?

Hi Apple and SimplyPiano (Joytunes),

Why did I pay $149.90/ a year until 1/25/2023, Joytunes charged me 1 more times. So do they double charge me?

We aren’t Apple. We’re other users, like you. We can’t access your Apple ID or your subscriptions.


You can access and cancel subscriptions: How to cancel a subscription from Apple - Apple Support


If there’s been a double charge, use the Get Support link in the upper right, and discuss this directly with Apple.

Simply Piano ( Joytunes) please fix the problem you double charged me $149.90.

I am an only person learning Piano, not my husband.

I only use his IPad for seeing better.

Apple Music charged me $149.90 already on 1/25/2022. Joytunes should remove your charge $149.99 1 more time.

I am very upset!
