Chrome request OS X Yosemite 10.11 or later

Chrome is requesting an update to OS X Yosemite 10.11 or later. My latest update if 10.10 why isn't my system updating? I cannot get into some of my secure sites as a result.

Back up your data, check your applications for compatibility, and depending on which Mac model you have, click on El Capitan, High Sierra, Mojave, Catalina, Big Sur, or Monterey. They're full-version upgrades and won't appear in the Updates list.

Catalina and newer won't run 32-bit software; download and use Go64 to scan for it. To check other programs, click here and look them up.
