Update Apple ID Settings Question
Hello I am having an issue setting up my new iphone, I am trying to sign in but it is telling me there to update apple ID settings and has been doing this for a long time and nothing is progressing

Some things you can try. Do you have access to another WiFi network where you can try? That has worked for several people.
Try a restart.
Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch *

Hard reset. -
Do a backup and try a factory reset. Then restore from your backup.
