Do note that it's unlikely the battery on an iPhone 13 requires replacement at this time, being much less than a year old.
If it's having some defect or issue from the manufacturing process, the replacement would be covered under warranty and have no cost.
If you want to have it replaced, but its not determined to be at fault, then you will have to pay the regular replacement fee.
