Failed update

The latest Apple Watch update continuously fails. The watch is connected to the charger, 100% charged. Why would it fail repeatedly?

What model of watch is it and what version of WatchOS is it running?.

What troubleshooting steps have you tried?.

What errror messages are you receiving?.

Has this watch ever been paired to another phone?

Try a force restart:

To force restart your Apple Watch, press and hold both the side button and Digital Crown for at least 10 seconds, then release both buttons when you see the Apple logo.

Thank you. I solved the issue by restarting both watch and phone.

Apple Watch 6 and iPhone 12 with the latest iOS update. After this the update was successful.
