If I got a new phone and the old phone is still on icloud and number and stuff, if I unblock someone from the old phone will it unblock them from the new phone too

So if you have two phones, both on same icloud and everything nothing signed out since the data transfer to the new phone, and you had someone originally blocked and you unblock them from the old phone will it transfer to the new phone too? I assume it would if it’s on the same phone number?
