Apple Music Keeps Asking me to Verify Age even I am not playing age-restricted music

I was playing music with my Apple Music on my MacBook Pro, and it does operate well while I am playing my own-built playlist which is in my Library. But when I try to play some music after searching or on 'Listen Now' section, it just keeps asking me to verify my age even I am not playing non-age-restricted music. But I am can play the music which I tried to play the music after moving it into Library. This problem is making me so distracting! Did the regulation changed? I was allowed to play them...

I am under 19 in legal age, so I can't verify that I am 19 or older. So please help me

We understand that you're repeatedly being prompted to verify your age when listening to Apple Music. Let's see how we can help. Does this article fit what you're experiencing: Verify your age when you download or stream mature content in South Korea? If so, you must verify that you're at least legally 19 years old to download or stream mature content though Apple services.

If the article doesn't apply to your situation, reply to this message.

Best regards.

me too, I am also from south korea, and I keep getting age restriction windows even when the music I am playing isnt explicit content. however, I kind of found a way to end this problem. If you restart your mac enough times, this problem goes away-but that is also temporary. If you restart your mac again, this problem appears again. but at least you wont have to deal with this problem for a while.

in conclusion, I suggest shutting your mac off and turning it back on.

Jesus, It was waste of time. I spend an hour to find what the problem is, and received a message that they can't resolve the problem. I was even on the phone to call the senior advisor but it was an absolute waste of time.

they told me to play the music by moving the music to my playlist. I don't understand. they says it's restriction which based on my region. 💩

I don't think my case is related to this article; I was able to listen to the music while searching abroad in Apple Music but now it isn't it just keep asking me to verify my age even I am trying to play non-mature music. But I can play the music which I tried to play on searching section when I moved it to my library. In my Library, it is play-able but it isn't when I was searching abroad.
