I have done all of the above and still cannot locate my photos that disappeared

I cannot locate my photos that disappeared.

If you are using iCloud Photos, and you checked the "Recent deleted" folder in iCloud after logging into your iCloud Account on your computer without finding any, your data is gone.

If you are not using iCloud Photos and created a backup on your computer, those photos might still be part of that backup, depending on the time you created it.
