My iphone usage is 32.5 GB from 128 GB. My icloud usage is 47.2 GB out of 50GB?
I need to upgrade my iPhone 6 plus to iOS 14 or above at the moment it's on iOS12.5.5, can you help with this?

There is no possible way to update your iPhone 6 to iOS 14 or later. You can check out the device requirements for iOS 14 here: iOS 14 and iPadOS are compatible with these devices You'll need a device that is on the compatible list in order to get iOS 14 or later.
