Files recovery

Good evening! I have deleted video from my Macbook. This videos situated in iCloud. Videos had been deleted permanently. How can I recover my video?

If your video is in the trash, restore from trash.

If your video is in your backup, restore from backup.

iCloud is not a back up plan. iCloud provides file synchronization across devices accessing the iCloud account.

Just to add to @BobTheFisherman, iCloud Drive is basically the same drive on all your devices. So, if you delete it on one device, it deletes on all devices. Unless it was backed up, it's gone.
