iPhone se 1st gen problem with screen

I currently updated to iOS 15, and now am unable to use the lower part of my phone. Can I ask for some assistance…?

Update to 15.3 and also try a force restart

I am currently on 15.3. And still do not have all the function of the full screen,e.g not being able to drag up from the bottom, the tool bar.,for instance not be able to rotate my camera from rear to front cam…?
