Apple.com bill charged my card but didn’t give me what i brought

If you have any issues with bills from apple, you can go to Apple Billing Support. On the website you can request refunds and view your purchase history.

Did you initiate the purchase? I ask because I personally and I'm sure many others have received scam emails that look almost identical to a bill from Apple but are actually from scammers attempting to steal information and/or money from you. So I would highly recommend not clicking any links on the email or calling any phone numbers on the email either. Just go straight to Apple's billing support website where you can first check your purchase history and then request a refund if it was an actual charge from apple. I would also recommend checking your credit/debit card statement to verify that there actually was a purchase.
