What to do if when your doing the update and it says not connected to the internet.

Hi there.

First and most obvious, check to make sure that your iPhone is connected to a secure WiFI network and cellular data. If they are both good, check out this link to troubleshoot update problems: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201435
