I bought an iPad seccond hand it’s the iPad Air 4th gen but it’s rose gold is there anyway to switch the colour with apple? it’s in perfect condition. Would I be able to do it and just pay a bit extra?

Apple will exchange products purchased directly from Apple within 14 days of initial purchase. They will not exchange products obtained through third-party retailers.
Trade-in values will only represent a fraction of the corresponding as new price of the iPad - but is sometime a useful vehicle to recover some value when replacing an older model with new:

I don’t believe it would be worth it. You could send it in for repair and they might be able to replace it.

The best thing to do might be to do a Trade-in with Apple:

or sell it and buy a new one that you like.
