How can you tell if someone ( ex girlfriend) has put a AirTag on my car without me knowing and is tracking where I go?

AirTag not updating I use an AirTag to track my cat (long story) and the location hasn’t updated in over 72 hours. I have driven to the last location update and waited for an update but nothing happened. I don’t live rurally and haven’t had this issue before. Any tips?

If you have an iPhone you will receive a notification if an AirTag has been following you.

If you have android you can install the Tracker Detect app to be notified of an AirTag following you.
