Disabled iPad

iPad says disabled and yo connect to iTunes. Do I have an iTunes account if I have apple products? I never go to an iTunes account for anything

1. It's referring to iTunes on a computer; for a Mac running Catalina or newer, restore it in the Finder.

2. Since you're posting here, you have an Apple ID. Nobody on these boards will know if it's been set up with the iTunes Store or not.
