ScreenTimeAgent make a huge data writing to my SSD

My mcbookpro14 has bought for 3months, and my SSD has written for 35TBW. And the reason for this is ScreenTimeAgent make many writing!! How can I solve this problem.

"kernal_task" writes huge amounts of data! Hey, just checked Activity Monitor and saw "kernel_task" has written almost 60 GB of Data since this morning(about 10 hours or so) and some other tasks 40 GB (total of 104 GB) . I only did some browsing, played Minecraft and created some graphics in Vectornator. Is this stressful/normal for the ssd? I'm worried I am german btw but hopefully someone can help me here Thanks :)

What is happening with the MBA M1 SSD usage? A huge amount of gigabytes is written to the SSD of my MacBook Air M1 every day by the kernel_task process. I got an average of 122 gigabytes written per day!!! For 50 days of using the MacBook, 6 (SIX!!!) terabytes have already been written. What is it, Apple? Are you going to fix this? Was this done on purpose to make SSDs die faster? This is absolutely unacceptable!

What is writing this to disk in Activity Monitor? I started up my M2 Mac mini, launched Activity Monitor and nothing else. The computer was left idling for about 30 minutes and to my surprise I saw that Activity Monitor was claiming it had written 4.15 GB in that time. I put it to sleep for an hour or so only to find that the Data Written was now 10.53 GB. How can it be writing this large amount of data when the Mac is doing nothing more than ticking over . . . or even less when it's sleeping?
