Is spatial audio supposed to be supported for the new Macbook pro M1 2021 16 inch model? When playing music on the music app the spatial audio feature is greyed out and it only seems to work in Safari or on Apple TV.
MacBook Pro (2020 and later)
Make sure you're running the latest Apple Music App. Open your App Store
cmd + spacebar and type "app store" to open the app store
Next at the top bar with the app store window selected, click the Store menu then select Updates or otherwise using the shortcut key cmd+8
Check to see that it's up-to-date. Otherwise you may have to install updates on the os itself
