Wrongly charged

Hey everyone,

so recently I checked my phone bank app to find that $34.99 had been taken from my account. It was referenced “apple.com/bi”

is this a legit reference from apple or a scam. Because this transaction was wrongly charged to my account, as I haven’t made any payments, orders or signed up to any subscriptions. I tried contacting apple but they’re customer service on call is terrible.

I’d appreciate any help i get!

If you've looked at the purchase histories of all iTunes accounts you've got linked to the card contact the card issuer : If you see 'apple.com/bill' on your billing statement - Apple Support
