My iphone 11 randomly changed colour, this then stopped, i turned it on a few seconds later and it was back to the invert colors and i checked for invert colors if it was on, it wasnt, and now the phone has a flicker, and imprints are left from previous actions, this is very worrying. also the color is weird, please if anyone has a fix please respond!

I'd recommend a diagnostic to see if any faults were detected. Contact Apple or an Apple Authorized Service Provider.
It could be anything, but stuff like that is most likely a bad display or something on the logic board. I don't believe that a damaged connector does that.
