I had to replace my my SSD on my 2012 Mac Mini and it restored to Mavericks. All the forum links to Catalina go to a Catalina page but there is no link to download. I followed other instructions in the forums and opened in Safari but still no link to download.

Scroll down to the section:
"Use Safari to download macOS on your Mac
Safari uses these links to find the old installers in the App Store. After you've downloaded the installer from the App Store, the installer will open automatically."
Make sure you are logged in to your Apple Store Account and the download link will automatically open in the App Store.
