Built in Wi-Fi?

Is it possible to buy an apple laptop with built in Wi-Fi /cellular data? Sorta like phones can get cellular data except for the pc with using hotspot?

No. There is no cellular capability in Macs. You can probably get a usb cell stick from your cellular carrier.
