Updating an iOS:
Are you having issues with the currently-installed iOS? Or do you want to update from it?
Update Using a Computer:
Use my User Tip: Update your iPhone Using a Computer - User Tip
Settings > General > Software Update > [What you see is what you get] here
Apple does not support iOS 14 updates anymore. You will have to update to iOS version 15.3 at this time.
