If you've looked at the purchase histories (including, if applicable, iCloud storage) of all iTunes accounts you have linked to the card (If you see 'apple.com/bill' on your billing statement - Apple Support), and if it can't be just a temporary authorisation hold (e.g. by changing payment or address details on an account) contact the card issuer
