Apple Pencil

Why would you sell Apple Pencils that are defective? Mine is brand new from Costco, then I noticed that my pencil's tip is off center, it's slanted, and it explains why the pressure sensitivity function is not okay. My Apple pencil blots when I write even if I don't exert pressure at all.

This is no fun to use. What's more infuriating about this is that you don't even offer repair services.

Do you just expect us to buy again? And risk getting another defective item?

Can you at least offer a solution?

Not sure who the “you” is that you’re addressing, since no-one here works for Apple. If the product is defective, why not just take it back to the shop you bought it from?

The thing is, I purchased the item while in New York and I did not open the box until I got back in California. So yeah it is impossible now to do that. It would have been better if they (Apple) offered repair services for this kind of issue. I was shocked when I read similar encounters. For us it's too late because we didn't open the box right away, or after purchasing the item, since we were under the impression that it's IN PERFECT CONDITION anyway.
