Pages and Urna Semper

I found a couple of questions on here related somewhat to this from 2014 but nothing recent. I have an iPad Mini 5 updated to the latest software 15.2 something. I have used Pages for a couple of years now without problems. I always choose a blank template because my needs are simple. A couple of weeks ago, a document that wasn’t mine showed up. It was maybe a book review of a book called Eternal Shine. Except for a few English words, it was written in Latin, which when I translated it was gibberish. There was even a picture of the “author”, which turned out to be a stock photo - I also found her in a cosmetics ad.

i called Apple support. I was worried that if I could get someone else’s pages from the ICloud, maybe someone else could get mine. The young man who helped me was polite, but he said he had never heard of it before. He suggested i delete it and just see if it happened again. It happened again yesterday. It seems from the 2014 discussion about this that it is some kind of placeholder/template, but that sure is an elaborate template, with a mock-up of the book’s cover and the picture o the author. The whole thing is about 3 pages long too.

Has this happened to anyone else? Should I be worried? Does anyone have an explanation?

Urna Semper is one of many templates provided by Apple with Pages for years. Templates normally have fake Latin text (google Lorem ipsum for info).
