I inserted sim and I make sure that I did all necessary information but my sim contacts is not show at all

iPhones do not store any contacts on the SIM card at all. Unless the SIM card was used with a non Apple device in the past, there would be no contacts on the SIM card to read.

On an iPhone your contacts are stored in either iCloud or a 3rd party email account. Make sure your email accounts are are correctly added in Settings->Contacts->Accounts and that the contacts switch is turned on for them.

Go to Settings->Contacts and tap on "Import Sim Contacts". It should then pull any contacts that may be stored in the SIM card.
