What are the computer requirements for the Mojave operating system

If I upgrademy2011 Mini, what would I need to be able to load an operating system higher than High Sierra?

Mac mini, macOS 10.13

No, it won't. The specific missing component is a Metal-capable graphics card, and that's only upgradable on the desktop Mac Pros.

Thank you. Would you know if I upgraded my 2011 Mini would I've able to download Mojave? At present, Apple knows exactly what I have, and k was it is insufficient.
