I have an old iphone 7 as a work phone with IOS 15. I want to be able to set an auto reply text message to texts and missed calls from clients when I am out of the office or it is after work hours. However, my employer has disabled the settings in Messages in General Settings app and has disabled the Focus Status option in Focus (e.g., it is permanently set to Disabled). Is there any other option to set an auto response text to texts or missed calls?

At this time, the only focus that supports auto-reply is the Driving Focus, for which you can see additional details here:
Regardless of the restrictions from your employer, there aren't options for auto-reply outside of the Driving Focus. If you'd like to see this tweaked, we'd recommend leaving feedback for Apple below:
