The Speaker phone button on iPhone 7 does not work and I can't hear the one who is calling.
Checked all settings, switched off and on the phone, done resetting of all settings. The software has been updated. Still does not work.
That’s a common issue with iPhone 7. Take it to the Apple Store to get it looked at. I had a look, and it appears there are no service programs for it currently, but it is almost certainly a hardware issue.
