Can do share iCloud space with family sharing
I purchased the additional iCloud space and would like to know, if this space can be shared with my daughter and son?

It depends on which plan you have. 200GB and 2TB plans can be shared with your family.
If you have a sharable plan thne you need to set up family sharing from your account and then they will be able to use the storage too.

Since you are a sharing family I would also recommend Apple One plans.
