My Safari icon on my iPhone 7se disappeared from my phone and wondering how to get it back easily?

Slide the home screen all the way to the left to reveal the App Library. Find Safari there, then press and hold the Safari icon and drag it over to a home page.

It is not possible to remove Safari, so either you disabled it in Settings/Screen Time or you moved it somewhere on your Home screen where you can’t find it. Go to Settings/Screen Time. If it is On tap Content & Privacy Restrictions/Allowed Apps and turn on Safari if it is off. If it is on go to the App Library, the last page of the Home screen, find it and drag it back to wherever you want it.
