My Safari icon on my iPhone 7se disappeared from my phone and wondering how to get it back easily?

What is the simplest way to get it back?

It is not possible to remove Safari, so either you disabled it in Settings/Screen Time or you moved it somewhere on your Home screen where you can’t find it. Go to Settings/Screen Time. If it is On tap Content & Privacy Restrictions/Allowed Apps and turn on Safari if it is off. If it is on go to the App Library, the last page of the Home screen, find it and drag it back to wherever you want it.
