I got scammed by Better.me app Even though I don't have a subscription, better.me charged 29 USD to my credit card. I asked for a refund, but there was neither a refund nor an answer. This is a scam and I am complaining. Apple should not be the intermediary for the fraudulent application. This expense doesn't show up in Apple invoices and so I can't even complain to Apple. Have any of you had an experience like this?

Unauthorised transaction 734642040 I need help to have an unauthorised transaction done on my account to be refunded. I am located in Australia and someone from the USA has purchased a game on my account? I need to know the steps to proceed as I contacted customer service and sent through supporting images of my account being deducted and the invoice of the purchase with the customers details (not me). This was also emailed to me by Apple Support notifying me of this transaction. After contacting customer service via email, they have instructed I post on here for assistance however I find it quite inconvenient to having post sensitive information publicly when I already emailed screenshots of this to them personally? Please help?

you can try contacting apple Support -> Get Support (apple.com)

and or give them feedback -> Product Feedback - Apple
