Why did the price go down on the apple website for all iPads but on the apple app on my iPad it’s the same price as b4
If you're talking about the "Apple Store" app, it might not be updated, or (most likely) it reports prices for your country, tax included, while on US Apple website you should consider that prices are shown without taxes.
If you're comparing prices, please always refer to prices related to the same country.
