Hi Dovie, I assume you are seeing an image on the TV coming from your AppleTV? You mentioned it was just setup, so you have a new AppleTV 4K gen 2 with the Siri Remote (remote is silver with 6 black buttons on it as well as a small silver button at the top right which is the power on/off button).

On that Siri Remote, the black button right above the long volume +/- button is the home button. If you press it it takes you to the AppleTV Home Screen. Now use the trackpad (big black circle at the top of the Siri Remote) pressing bottom of it for down or left or right etc on it to move the highlighter to the gray square with the gear in the middle of it (it will also say "Settings" right below the gray sqaure when you've successfully highlighted it). Press the middle of the big black circle at the top of the Siri Remote. You will now see the Settings menus (first setting is "General"). You can now arrow to and change the settings you need to -- or you can even go to reset to reset the AppleTV back to all default (essentially like it was just taken out of the box brand new). Note, reset means you'll have to go through the entire setup (have your Wifi password and AppleID password handy).

Are these the directions you needed? If not, reply with more detail on what you are encountering. I'll be happy to help..
