Iphone playlist

hope someone here can help me to take a decision.

for years and years i have been buying music on my iPhone using Itunes Store and making my own playlist.

I have Icloud where i can see all song a bought but i cannot see my playlists so if I'm using another device my my playlist is not there.

My question is:

How Can i have my iphone playlist (i have around 20 playlists) visible on other apple devices ?
