Applepay stole 73,95€ from me

Yesterday I walked past a restaurant and at the same time checked my phone. When I unlocked my screen there was ApplePays site on even though I didn't not open it. I was wondering where did it need my face recognizer but forgot it soon cause I was busy and going somewhere. Also I didn't pay much attention to that, because I did create my applepay account for the first time yesterday... Later in the evening I realized that restaurant took 73,95€ from my bank account. This money has not jet left from my account. What should I do? I'm super ****** because I have never even been in this restaurant, which name is Gandhi Restaurante Hindú. I haven't jet visited this restaurant, but I'm guessing they have no proof to pay me back this money.
