do you know how i can remove the actvation lock off of my iphone 11

The Activation Lock can be removed by inputting the correct Apple ID and Password as requested on your screen. If you do not have that information then that iPhone will be useless to you. If you are not the original owner of that iPhone, then contact the original owner of the iPhone and get the credentials so that you can remove the Activation Lock.
