Open the Wallet app ➡️ Tap on the Apple Card ➡️ Tap on the Card symbol at Top Right: This should reveal your Apple Card Information including the Security Code, Card Number and Expiration Data.

Open the Wallet, tap on the Apple card, then tap on the card image at the top with 123 on it.
It should be reassuring to get 2 answers that agree😏
