Transfer photos from Applemac to Microsoft

How do I transfer photos from my Apple Mac to my Microsoft laptop?

Thank you for your reply. I think you’ve solved the problem for me. I was dragging the Mac photo icon onto the memory stick. I didn’t realise it was a Mac icon, so moved them item by item. Thanks a lot.

Are these images managed by the Photos app? If os, first export them

File -> Export

to the Finder. Then either link the machines or use a sharing service like Dropbox or One drive, or even copy them to a flash drive together them to the other machine.
