Shutting down a lost iPhone

Is there anyway I can shut down a iPhone that I lost, and have no access to anymore and I don't have the sim or anything like that

Hello ~ Did you have Find My enabled? If not you can still take a look here in the meantime:

If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch is lost or stolen - Apple ...*

*But you can still protect your account if Find My was not turned on.
