Seems like you have some research to perform. The easiest place to start would be with the last question by finding cases where Apple has faced ethical issues, then perhaps you can gather some information about Apple's history & organization as well as reading up on the competitiveness of the tech industry in general. The tech news from the last ten years is full of reports for things Apple has done (or not done) which do have ethical considerations & implications regarding Apple. I would point some of them out, but that may be defeating the purpose of your assignment.
At most we can just provide some general pointers for you, otherwise the paper you write won't really be your own paper. I know it can be very difficult to write these types of papers. I always had trouble with them myself, although in this case I can easily identify at least six items which have been in the news regarding Apple and each one does involve ethics. Maybe it is because I have some personal interest in this topic in general from reading the tech news in general regarding what these large companies are doing (and even not doing). I think once you identify some of Apple's behaviors/decisions that has made the news you will find that those items are full of ethical considerations and dilemmas which I think will help you start your paper.
Why are you asking us? Our opinion isn't worth anymore than yours. We are just users, with no connection to Apple other than that.
Not sure to be honest, I was hoping to gather some thoughts before I began writing my essay. There is no right or wrong answer.
